Helen has a Masters in Education from the University of Sydney and is a qualified Personal Trainer. She has spent many years researching and developing this unique program that will help you to lose fat and provide the foundation to improve your health in a way that is sustainable over a lifetime.

Thought you'd like to know some of the results of my six week program. I feel really great. When I started this program I was less than well---I had a sprained ankle that would not heal and I walked with a limp. I had inflammation in knees, elbows and wrists. I had such indigestion that I had to take medication to sleep at night, even took some in the day time. I had horrible migraines every week.
